The finding of the court should cause us all to question the BS posts here by a few posters claiming certain facts which would cause UP to suffer greatly. Based on the court's finding that there was no contract between the Plantiff and Arrowhead all of the so called "facts" by these posters were BS. Without a valid contract there can be no claims for a breech of a contract or for interference with a contract, etc.
