I'm having problems receiving a stable connection again. Data freezes after a minute or two. Done several trace routines and seems my routing changes just before getting to IQ. Does this mean I need to try another Internet Provider. Here are the results:

1. From: 4.0.1.94
From: 192.41.177.145
From: 206.84.228.249
From: 198.32.130.20
From: 156.46.195.75

2. From: 4.0.1.94
From: 192.41.177.145
From: 198.32.130.20
From: 156.46.195.75

3. From: 4.0.1.94

From: 205.254.173.250
From: 198.32.130.20
From: 156.46.195.75

There are even more combinations, but the above 3 seem to occur most often. The "no response" quote was being sent after any one of the connections after 192.41.177.145.
