Re TUV Bay Street hates "accounting irregularities" it usually implies there is gross misrepresentation and dishonesty in the accounting department. The investment scene in Canada is littered with companies with above problem and they immediately fell out of favor with large institutional investors.Usually the retail investor comes in and props up the stock for a while and there is a dead cat bounce and then it hits bottom.

I hope 5.85 is the bottom I would not bet the farm on it. I have a feeling this will bleed more and volume will dry up. Look what happened to Beamscope (BSP.tse)
