As far as "the responsible person" not having a position, how do we know? I get dizzy reading and following his positions in and out of stocks, and I probably only read 1/2 of his posts daily since I trade more than OSX stocks. He could be in and out 2 or 3 times in a day for all we know! Remember, posts are only posts, not documented trades.
