Thanks for all the info.
Just in case you have not heard of it I want to mention a great book I just read. It is called
Fire Into Ice, the Chuck Fipke story. Besides chronicling his life it goes in depth into Diamet's play in the NWT.
It is a very interesting read.

It helps explain all the details we talk about here and makes you realize why things take so long and info is kept so secretive.
