Donny, what would happen if a broadband company were to buy NetZero, after NZRO signs up 10 million or more subscribers and uses NZRO's subscription base as a means by which to offer variations of both free and paid service? I mean something like this isn't far-fetched now, is it?

Let's say the AOL subscription base decreases and the NZRO subscription base increases to a point where they meet somewhere close in the middle. Now you're a broadband company seeking acquisitions and outreach. Which would you buy? The more expensive AOL? Or the less expensive NZRO? Which company then would become a better takeover candidate?
