Shlomi, any opinions on SPNS?

There have been rumors of a takeover posted on the Yahoo thread during the current ramp up of volume and price.

A while back there were also rumors of a Compuware (CPWR) takeover to bolster their European consulting services. This still seems very plausible to me.
