I have held UP for a long time now and while only lurking on this thread, I still expect good things from this company. It is the same people who constantly come here and bash this company. Anyone who has had even a little experience with our legal system knows that anyone can follow a lawsuit for anything. You do not have to have proof of wrongdoing to follow a suit against someone. That is one reason our courts are so clogged. It is a privilege we have been given but one that is greatly abused. Maybe now all this bashing can stop and we can get back to the facts of UP. Thanks to all of you who help to keep me informed on the continuing progress of UP Regards, Debra
