There was no sell recommendation from Investor's Guru! What I heard is that there was a sell recommendation from Penny Stock Guru.

Anybody who is able to get more hints from IR please post them here. Who mentioned that there is some financing possible from Montreal, and who talked about a possible buyout? Any more details?
