Chuck-- Of course I like 23% better but who can complain about 19%. With some appreciation I expect it to run between 12 and 15 overall,, not bad-- something to smile about along with insider buying in the 9 range... Remember the stock was 12+ with the div at 1.80--- I'll be happy with the stock at 10 1/2 - 11 and a lower div,,, Insiders did not load up at 9 if it was going to stay down here...
