Re. further fodder from TerrEnce --
#1 I see nothing "crazy" about my remarks. I agree with you strongly on trends in government. The outrageous statement on martial law was not a proposal -- it was an invitation for YOU to offer some solutions.
#2 Yes, I was really responding to you. I said nothing about "my country, right or wrong" and did not care for you attaching the label to me or anything I said. I also think it's a cheap-shot cliche aimed at a lot of folks who thought doing the hard thing was part of the bargain -- "Live free or die," and all that crap, you know.
FWIW, I hardly consider myself a "redneck," but I suspect plenty of people in the rural south would be insulted by the way you used the term (of course you wouldn't dream of using the "N" word).
#3 Hey, you're the one going, "waa, waa, waa, I'm oppressed." You know, I miss the old days too, but at some point you have to put up a traffic signal at Main and 1st.
#4 Apologies for assuming you are doing nothing to fix things. I await your report. Perhaps some here will be anxious to help.
"Because you and all whom you know are emulating impotent beach boys?" -- Is that a leftover line from one of your manic outer space riffs or is there some meaning attached?
#5 Non response from you. Non response from me.
#6 Try Burger King. They claim you can "Have it YOUR Way!"
#7 Must have confused you with another poster. How rude of me to think that I, as well as other posters, have the right to originate arguments.
You're a hoot, dude.
