Don Sew argues we may just oscillate ahead of the FOMC...i think there are a few rays of sunshine in today's stock market action: the SOX broke down from it's up-trend channel and the NAZ and NDX didn't really perform well...note that the NDX underperformed the Composite, signaling weakness in big caps.
