SEC Approves NetNation as Fully Reporting Company
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1999-- NetNation Communications Inc. (OTC BB: NNCIE), a leading provider of Web hosting and E-commerce solutions, is pleased to announce today that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the Company's application to become a fully reporting issuer.
With this approval, NetNation meets the National Association of Security Dealers' (NASD) eligibility requirements to continue to be quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. Effective October 4, 1999, the Company's stock will trade under the symbol NNCI.
The NASD had added the letter "E" to the Company's ticker symbol on September 13, 1999, pending NetNation's compliance with the new eligibility rules for listing on the Bulletin Board. The Company met the NASD's eligibility requirements in advance of its October 7, 1999 deadline.
