Well, tell me how you interpret it when a RSS/BJP guy says that the Congress party gets most of its votes from illiterates? It means that Congress can muster support from uninformed people. Level of literacy is directly related to acquisition of information, but it has nothing to do with intelligence or wisdom. You are unable to figure out these important distinctions because you never seem to think wisely or rationally.
