I just found another track run program just now ... I go to windows explorer and click on the left column "Windows" ... there is a cookie folder ... I typically delete all the files within the folder NOT the folder but I also have all my passwords in my head on in a book ... cookies are instructions that a site looks for like when you mark "Remember my password" it makes a cookie.

From there I go delete all the files in my "History" folder

Then I delete all the files in my "Temp" folder

Then I delete all the files in my "Temp Internet FIles" folder which is slam full of cookies and track programs.

Last I check my Windows.INI file through "sysedit" and look to see if the "load=" has a program in it. This should be blank on my system. Typically this is where the Trojan horse programs are located.

Make sure you know what you are doing before you just start deleting files. I make sure anything I need to know is not on my system such as memberships and passwords.

:-)
