CFV is acquiring the assets, however, clearly the shares issued in the transaction will lead to a new majority shareholder(s) and possibly a new management team (resulting in what could be described as the acquisition of CFV).

However, as stated previously, I like the transaction -- regardless of how you want to describe it. : )

What the heck is going on with Mountain Province ??!! Can anyone shed some light on this (trading at 12 month low) ?
