CIST lost a few shareholders under the pressure:

"On August 31, 1998, there were approximately 735 holders of the Common Stock, excluding beneficial holders registered in nominee or street name."

"On August 31, 1999, there were approximately 722 holders of the Common Stock, excluding beneficial holders registered in nominee or street name."

You might think that more people would have been scared away.
