You have taken a dangerous and unethical step in escalating your attempts to undermine this stock ...

Without attribution or date, you have excerpted out of context a single paragraph from eBay's S-10 filing of
August 9, 1999.

Given your proclaimed short position on the stock, and in light of your relentless campaign of postings trashing the company, I would be interested in the views of both the SEC and SI on your newest effort.

As far as any impact of your post on the price of the stock is concerned, I am confident that most readers will recognize that SEC safe harbor requirements mandate that reporting firms go to extreme lengths to identify any and all factors/conditions that could be harmful to their financial results.

To their credit, eBay has gone to the max (no pun intended), and then some, to comply.
