SCOC not on any radar, never seen in many popular indices, too low a profile to attract any interest. Poor PR, negative employee - contractor reputation. Upper management is complacent. How about including SCOC in media tables of software and services. Newsprint and magazines, internet watch list, etc. The "candle" for this company is short, let's shine the light now....
