You may want to focus your interest on Item 701 disclosures that are not required in SB-2's. (As for me, I will read whatever is filed to see if the T man is still claiming attendance at Georgia Tech and Ohio State. My bet is that he will duck all reference in his bio to whatever degrees he may have, if any at all.)
