What are your price targets and why?

I am getting a price of $10 to 12 based on a $19.50 bbl of oil. That is off all 12 Chalk Mountain wells at 220 BOPD with half the PE of the industry. Realizing, of course, that the Fusselman discovery was 407 BOPD. Anything to add?
