My take on reading the 10-K. It looks like the company is setting itself up to be liquidated. Not the worse possible scenario. Does anyone have a firm book value on Cistron? Also, what period of time for IRS purposes does a company have to complete a liquidation without incurring penalties. I recall (dating myself) the City Investing liquidation, there were time hurdles that the company had to make. Thanks!
