what happens 10/5?

The Fed decides whether to raise rates....then we get 15 minutes of no worry before the market starts climbing a wall of worry over Y2K or the next Fed meeting....lets face it, the rally starts Jan 3, 2000 when everybody sees we still have an electric grid. Trouble is, if you cash out and expect to buy next year....you miss out, hehehehehe.
