X, I apologize for not answering your post completely. Some of what I say seems to cause bitterness and I don't want to do that, so I will just back off, if that's OK. Two things in closing -- 1. I strongly believe there is a huge urban underclass in this country that is LOST FOREVER. IMO, no amount of money will reclaim more than the few that will make some "feel good" and ask for more money. Eventually, this will tear this country apart. 2. I am saddened about your remarks re. prostitution/marriage. I think there are lots of women in marriages and relationships with men who are getting as much as they give. In fact, I suspect the happiest of both the sexes are the one who aren't keeping score. Best to you, Mike
