9-1/2 months huh...what a pregnant screw-up. The news media is doing what they do, so let's not focus there. When the jobs and bids were let out it had to (or should have been) established what units of measurement and what system was to be used. Hell even a nurse in the USA uses the metric system. I have it on good rumor that Marvin T. Martian took it captive. COVER UP!! They sent it some where else.
