Signist, I am with you. How is it that we have for gone the majority stake in our investment (>50% of NAC) without having our votes casted? I have bought and held MRVC for a long time based on the belief of their technologies. However, MRVC management seems to have agendas other than growing MRVC itself with multiple start-ups and little information disclosed. Does anybody know what MRVC's visions are? As a shareholder, I'd like to get my news from MRVC itself not from Forbes! Please let me know if you intend to contact the SEC. Somebody ought to. Regards,
