Go to this thread ( one of the most Knowledgable on SI), Daytrading Fundamentals, and start at ERIC P's post tonight and read the next few posts. (I think the next poster is scanshift who formed TerraNova) . It just so happened tonight, they were discussing an array of trading platforms ( e-trash qualifies for being only a mid-way carnival side-show, by comparison! Online Trading, my AS*!)
These are gifted traders , and they list the outfits there, you really should consider getting accts with ,before the Fed goes neutral with the rate-hike & before the real holiday season begins and huge $$ can be made. Here's the link:

***no-one deserves to be ripped off by Etrade's incredible foul-ups, which occur almost daily...and just think of the holidays ahead when the volume really picks up! Just think about it.. Even if E-trade paid you to trade with them, they would still end up costing you money. DUMP E-Trade, today, you'll be very, very, very... glad you did. They invented Y2K, LOL, on an everyday basis!
These kind's of foul-ups hardly ever occur at any of the Trading sites and platforms dicussed on that thread tonight. Etrade is a fools paradise, and will cost you big $$, everytime, when you trade with them! Just look at their stock price and chart...there's a charming odor and look about it... makes you wonder why!
