usweb - this was one of my stocks for 1999 that i believed in when the market didn't; the mcirosoft deal reaffirms my notion that usweb has a unique enough focus and can leverage off that for growth into new ecommerce solutions the deal holds much more value to me than microsoft's investing of $67.5 million and the right to buy uswb stock via a warrant this aligns usweb with a leading player in ecommerce since i think microsoft increasingly will provide the software platform for much of that in the future
