I'll stick my neck out and make a prediction ... I think that the chip sell-off yesterday was way overdone with regard to Tower and we go back up today. Last night's $9 1/8 was a "bottom". I am writing this an hour or so before the market opens and yes, I am going to stake some money om this prediction too.
