I don't know much about about charts or TA, just a hunch that those who are selling won't see much benefit at or below $2, but again I can't say for sure, we'll see.
Brad, are you sure the lowering of the warrant price is an option? I've never heard of that, but it could be a decent solution at the point. Also, you're other idea of ANYI buying out BANY in some sort of situation, or where dividends out all the ANYI shares but in a restricted manner (can't sell for 6 months to a year), this is something that could be looked at as well.
Maybe ANYI buys BANY for 900,000 restricted shares (or ~10:1 for BANY's float) to obtain the 800,000 unrestricted ANYI shares to reduce uncertainty, but also maybe then ANYI could find a onetime buyer for the 800,000 shares for $~2.5 to raise $2 million? Not sure exactly how it could work, but could eliminate BANY uncertainty, compensate BANY shareholders, and help ANYI raise some $. Again, the key is to find some big time investor for at least $1 million or so.
