Merrill raised yr 2000 earnings by 50%! Target price on MU: $120. States: Higher profit margins greater than the market expected and not reflected in the consensus; continued tight supplies into the future. Basically, they are saying the DRAM boat has turned around for real. Imagine that MU going to new highs after 4 years! The only problem is Merrill's upgrades/downgrades is often a short term kiss of death.
