OWK, thanks for helping on the EVCM thread: A HORRIBLE...
Potential Scam is about to take place that will defraud shareholders of substantial assets... I could do with some qualified help from our Expert Resident Bashers to come on EVCM thread and do a good deed by fighting against the CROOKS.....
When we're done, ZSUN's thread will still be there waiting for your comments... A fast read of a few posts will quickly give you an idea and here is one of my latest post on the subject:

and terrible for EVCM... You can buy a REPORTING SHELL for some $300,000 and 10% of the shares... Here they get 50% of the shares!!!
If the Telecom business produces $4 Millions this year, as claimed, it's worth at least $40 Millions and $20 Millions of it are going to be given away to DHIE!!
If EVCM bought a shell in a GENUINE DEAL as opposed to this CROOKED DEAL, it would instead spend $300,000 plus 10% of $40 Milions, or $4.3 Millions. So the balance of $15.7 Millions is given away for free to the holders of the other 10 Millions shares of DHIE!!
If you guys fall for this CRAP, you shouldn't be investing in OTC-BB's or should get your head examined....
