I was taking Zolt's word since I haven't seen the work yet. I agree with Posner on his assessment of the IC law and disagree on the lawsuit believing that the Supremes made the only possible call on that one. OTOH, I must admit I have begun to reconsider my position on the IC law in view of the actions or inactions of the current "Obstruction of Justice Department." JLA
