Some questions to you pertaining to the Public Corporation of Franklin Telecom.
I now see that you own shares of fnet corp. Would you kindly discuss the likelyhood and / or timetable for this company to finally be bought public as an IPO. This has been talked about for three years and is still in my estimation nowhere near it being publicly IPO'ed. As referenced below;

From my memory, during the entire year of fcm's fiscal 1999, fnet raised a total 55,000 dollars. Do you consider that amount in 1999 as a positive step in taking this fcm subsidiary public ??
On June 18, this year fcm announced that usa talks had ordewred 1000 breeze units from fcm. Do you know the status of that order ? Secondly at that same time fcm said this product would begin shipping in September. fcm has now said it will not ship until Dec., do you know what the delay is in shipping this product ?
Do you know currently if usat remains a customer of fcm's. Do you know why fcm claimed in its SEC filing that they have no contracts with any of their major customers, despite the fact that in fnets court filing in May this year, fnet claimed that usat had suspended its contract and payments with and to them. Do you further know the status of those two lawsuits vs. the former ceo and council of fnet ?
Do you know currently if usat has paid fcm any part of their outstanding balance ?
Do you know currently the status of buswell's challenge to Cisco, Lucent, Nortel and any other competitors regarding this largest Voip network in the world ? Do you also know whether, as buswell also said, if that same network is still expanding on a monthly basis into the next century ?
Do you also know why JMBest who is a customer of fcm's choose to list false information on their website regarding the financing of their firm ?
Do you also know the status of cybervoz orders or purchases as it pertains to fcm ? Do you further know why that same firm has never completed its website ?
Do you know how Starnetworks and telecommunications can be reached ? fcm recently announced the installation of networks for this company, but as yet no one has been able to find this company ? There is no phone number for them, no address for the company and no contact information ?
Not to be lost in all this, is the most significant item, what is your idea of earnings this quarter, my opinion is that they will be a disaster
