Just info for those interested in helping

Hi Lee,

To save me some writing, I'm sending this url to give you an overview:

mbnet.mb.ca (2nd article)

The local Canadian Tire in their area is taking household items of all sorts, and also cheques to "The Towns Family Fund". Their address is:

157 Vermillion Rd.
Winnipeg, Manitoba
R2J 3Z7

(Coordinator there is Cindy Turner @ 204-254-5169 ext. 638)

Leslie O'Brien is a local lady that coordinated a fund through the Canadian Imperial Bank Of Commerce (CIBC). We are informed that donations may be
left at any branch of that bank. I am unsure as to whether they have any American affiliates.

I am doing some checking to see if it would be easier to set up an American account and then transfer the funds. Does anyone know if CIBC have American affiliates? Anyone have any experience in such matters?
