I picked up some more at 1 5/16 this AM.
End of the quarter window dressing could be depressing the stock?

Legitimate concerns like margins and lawsuit liability could be keeping investors away? The weak dollar should help CHS right? (even if they hedge the currency risk, lower prices in local currency would help demand).
