It makes a difference going forward as to what percentage they now hold.

We don't know how this change was handled.

Did NAC issue more stock, so that JNPR has 20% and MRVC and NAC's ownership is diluted? If so .8x55% = 44% versus .8x60% would have been 48%.

Or did NAC and/or MRVC give back part of their shares?

Or DID MRVC originally have 60% and there is some other transaction here - remember the KPCG rumors.
