While Veba does want to sell, it may take awhile. Perhaps they will wait a year, let company and its competitors generate some profits, then WFR might be worth more to a possible aquirer. Personally, I think the only people interested in WFR would be its fellow wafer producers, why would someone else want to jump into this business? I sold 1/3 at 18-1/4 and another 1/3 at 20-1/2, so with my remaining shares I am content to wait this one out.
