Shares were being purchased in 10,000 share blocks until recently (about 1/2 hour ago).. A mutual fund maybe taking a position? This seems to be the current consensus - the big decline last week to due 'window dressing'-generated selling by the big funds, now advancing for the opposite reason as the new quarter begins. Now back down to 22 3/4 but holding.
