The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing a mineral property
option agreement dated Sept. 16, 1999, between the company and Douglas
Lalonde whereby the company has been granted an option to acquire a
100-per-cent interest in 84 claim units in Munro Township, Larder Lake
mining division, Ont. Consideration is $210,000, payable over four years,
and 200,000 shares, payable over two years. The property is subject to a
3-per-cent net smelter return royalty in favour of the optionor. The
company may purchase 1 per cent of the net smelter return royalty for
$1-million subject to further exchange review and acceptance.
