re upgrades All, Does everyone understand how significant these developments are? Now every brokerage house is recommend some investment in precious metals or their production. near no houses have the same miners on the list or even the same precious metal, but there is now some precious metals suggested in near every Portfolio! This is a major turn in sentiment.
