USTI: I've heard that there are some groups of penny stock affecianados that see this as undervalued [who wouldn't?] and are accumulating. Not sure who exactly, but if this is so, they are surely in love with the stock. . . and are buying every uptick. It wouldn't surprise me if they set a target price at .25. . . which would be a more appropriate place for consolidation, in my opinion. Rande Is
