Paul,

Any interest in SSI or UMG?

SSI is a pure cash deal and after reading the details the lowest one would get appears to be $10.19 and it is expected to close by end of year.

UMG is a bit trickier. T is buying it for $85 per share. The UMG shareholders have the choice to choose all cash, BUT if too many choose that option they will receive cash plus stock. Considering where T is now most people will go for all cash. Deal isn't expected to close until 1st Q 2000, so you may just want to keep an eye on it until later.
