ES - The quarterly FED watch and beginning of earnings provides a good time to establish a bottom just above 10,000 and then we can make a flying run to 10,500+ area before we test new lows by mid-late October. This is my expectation at this time, but I have been wrong before. I'd love to be wrong on the upside and make one more run at 11,000 but hard to see as Y2K gets closer.
