Yes. This agreement has been discussed here and in all those articles about that deal. Big problem is Cox cable. They are also involved in this deal with Excite/Athm. Cox seems to be the biggest sticking point.

I guess a lot of those talks have to do with that problem. Talk is that there is no love lost between Cox and T and AOL. I guess T and AOL are trying to get around this problem. I don't think I can add any more to this theory. All is a guessing game anyhow.
