Is GBIX next on CMGI's acquisition plan? First, we see CMGI ipo it's advertising co Engage, then it acquires other advetising co's AdForce (ADFC) and Flycast (FCST).

CMGI is ipo'ing its web-hoster soon. Maybe it makes sense to acquire other web-hosters. A web-hoster for the future, one that has it's OWN network (not relying on one-way peering like EXDS), one that is undervalued, one with a diversified strategy, one with a fault tolerant network (even beyond the fault tolerance of fibre optics, how about a wireless backup or wireless for diversification).

Such a company is Globix Corp -- GBIX.
