Pask: Sorry I didn't get back sooner...I was hoping to hear some response to their latest filing on September 9. I called the company today, and they're waiting for final comments. Also, their latest 10-Q is up at EDGAR as of 9/28. So the bottom line is that ACPT still needs SEC clearance before they get off the pink sheets, and they've been at it since the original filing in May.
