On the fly... Yeah, you are correct: The medium is the message. CNBC create analyses "on the fly". The problem is inherent in the structure of media, really nothing much that can be done about it. Putting aside CNBC's implied "buy" rating, the writer is correct baout one thing: This bandwidth supply glut thing is just another one of those poorly thought ideas. It just reminds me of the need to avoid making stock decisions based on pundits shallow opinions. I too remember the popular notion among business jounrlaists that "You don't need high speed CPUs, 75MgHz is all you need!" (Read this last year). What a joke. Ever tried to run the new version of Civilization on 75MgHz? DocStone
