The new lows on the NYSE are increasing again - maybe they will hit 200 again. I am convinced now that the new highs and new lows should be considered individually instead of lumping the difference into a single oscillator. Strong rallies in the NYSE have been driven sometimes by a decrease in the new lows or an increase in the new highs or a combination of the two.
