Thank you for your beautiful, sincere, civil post to the situation
we have found ourselves in. Your comments are refreshing and so far
removed from the nastiness over there. I think you have appropriately
described a better view of what a lot of us have felt. Although I
am a minimal investor it was not my intention to get involved in a
situation like this or to be defrauded either. I hope that is not the case.

Your comment about having a life and being "important" where you want
to be speaks volumes. A "witch hunt" is an ugly thing and the agenda
of the "hunters" is important to me also. They may find themselves
a part of the legal proceedings, as well as us investors. If they have nothing to fear they should not let it worry them. When the letter comes from The Justice Department requesting answers about their remarks on this company and what they know and can verify, let's see if they rush to judgement about their own involvement. I am patient and will wait to see what evolves from this. As an investor, I want the company to survive because of their products and R&D. I certainly did not invest to be a victim and I will not rush to judgement on what I have read about AQUA BIO or NVID on these boards. As the story unfolds and the other principals of this company have a chance to report to the shareholders I am willing to listen to what they have to say. I understand the WEB page is up, but I have not had time to go look. Going to do that today. I understand they are being allowed to remain in business.

Mr. Parkinson, with regard to your last sentence, please you as well as Brad also continue your sanity around here. Maybe, just maybe, our hopes for all of us who did not sell and take a loss will happen and this area can remain free from those types of responses.
